New Trends and Status of Decision Support System

Decision support system is the higher period in the study of information system. The research achievement of DSS provides the science theory and method for all kinds of decisions. DSS has become one of the important parts in the soft science. This paper describes the theory achievement and application status of DSS nearly 20 years. It analyzes the shortcoming of DSS. At last it introduced the new trends of DSS.
