Objective Discusses three blood cell meter classifies in the instrument to be higher than the normal range the white blood cell number whether to have the disturbance to the hemoglobin survey,if will have the disturbance,what corresponding relationships between the white blood cell number and the hemoglobin variable will have.Method Checked the different white blood cell quantity with the BC-1800 blood cell meter the specimen,screens the different white blood cell quantity with 7180 biochemistry meters to the BC-1800 blood cell meter the specimen hemoglobin density to carry on the examination,the centrifugal elimination white blood cell,determines its hemoglobin once more again with 7180 biochemistry meters the content.Results Surpasses the normal range the white blood cell achieves when the ration to the hemoglobin survey will have the disturbance,white blood cell quantity is higher when the hemoglobin density change quantity is bigger.Conclusion The white blood cell surpasses when the normal value ration.
