Fast Scalar Multiplication of Elliptic Curves over Finite Field GF(2~m)

The paper discussed the algorithm for computing Scalar Multiplications on none-supersingular elliptic curves defined over GF(2~m).Two algorithms to compute 2P+Q was given and an analysis of the algorithms implemented in the addition-subtraction method in IEEE was made.At last,we conclude that the new method makes it over 10% high- er in efficiency.
