The application of IP core-based FIR filter to digital orthogonal transformation

The features of Stratix series device EP1S40 of Altera Co.and its programming and configuration are presented.The FIR filtering-based digital orthogonal transformation is implemented by reusing IP core and VHDL design of peripheral circuit.The I and Q quantities are successfully extracted,greatly enhancing the speed of digital signal processing.
