This paper introduces the idea of design and the system design and the design of the system function. The method of testing system of mining plan preparation and mining plan for the preparation of the description. Based on the simulation model of time series model and computer,to design and simulate the scientific of making mining cohesion. And based on GIS mining engineering database,using SQL database to store mining engineering data,the data processing purposes.
