A New Method of Digital Synchronous Demodulation
Wang Ping · Torpedo Technology · 2006
Based on the analysis of conventional analog synchronous demodulation,a method of implementing digital synchronous demodulation by using spectrum analysis technology is presented, which overcomes the disadvantages of analog synchronous demodulation. The method eliminates the effect of phase difference between echo signal and reference signal on demodulation result, restrains the influence of noise on the result, and improves the performance of anti-jamming to adjacent frequencies. In order to decrease the calculational complexity, the sliding discrete fourier transform(DFT) technology is introduced. Therefore the systematical configuration of the programmable software is more flexible. The proposed scheme is implemented on a high speed digital signal processing(DSP) platform, and the results indicate that the method is effective and flexible. The method enhances the processing performance of receiver and improves the reliability and stability of fuse action.
