Virtual local area network(VLAN) technology and its application in military hospital information system

In allusion to features of the complicated network structure and the large amount of data information transmission of the information system of General Hospital of Nanjing Command,the whole information system was virtually arranged and integrated by using the VLAN technology.The method of partitioning virtual network VLAN and its relevant configuration steps were detailedly proposed in the paper.The application result indicated that the efficiency and safety of network operation of hospital information system were effectively improved by using VLAN technology,which ensured more safety and stability running for the whole hospital information system.
