On problems in listing of insurance company

While listing is realistic choice of insurance companies to enhance their capital and solvency,problems such as vagueness ownership,lower profitability,narrow investing channel,absence of accounting system and information announcing ,stock transferring, insolvency institution impede us. In order to promote listing,we have to begin with perfecting rules and mechanics, improving supervisory and approaches of listing.
