Design plan of blind signature based on elliptic curve and its application

Blind signature technique,as a special digital signature technique,is more and more widely used in electronic cash,electronic poll and so on.This paper describes standard elliptic curve digital signature algorithm and blind signature technique principle which are issued by ANSI in 1999,gives a new strong blind signature plan in combination of the advantages of elliptic curve code,after analysis and test of the plan,finds that the new plan has better application safety, and,finally,gives practical examples in electronic cash and electronic ballot system.The examples given solve the problems in secrets and safety of electronic cash and in anonymity and judgment of electronic ballot election.
