Reconstruction from Multiple Branching Contours on Minimum Spanning Tree

In the field of medical image, a method of reconstruction objects from multiple branching contours is presented. Based on minimum spanning tree, this method converts multiple branching contours to single branching contours with shape center, also optimizesalgorithms using depth first search. Experimental results are included to show the feasibility of the newly presented method.
