In view of the complex type data processing question,this paper analyzes the cause and effect relationship contained in the information,produces the quantitative description to the causes and effects change of state,constructs the causes and effects relevancy model,proposes the construction and realizing process of principal factor analysis method,presents the concrete algorithm and example test.
