On Universality of System Non-optimization

The paper has analysed and testified non-perfection on system structure as a whole,non-logic in sequence and relative conservative;changeable in function,non-consistent with objective,non-harmonious,unsteady in information,interferential,destructible etc;changeable in environment by system self-organization theory.At the same time,the gradation of some joint points of vast system in nature from world view to gene has been inspected by non-optimization is also universal existence of all systems in world.
