Preparation of polysulfone substrate membrane for mid-low pressure RO hollow fiber composite membranes

Using polysulfone(PSf) as membrane material,PSf hollow fiber membranes are prepared with different kinds of additives,the membrane is used as substrate membrane for continuously interfacial polymerize mid-low pressure RO hollow fiber composite membranes.The effects of different kinds of additives on the structure and performances of the membrane are investigated.The results indicat that composite additives can greatly increase the permeate flux of the substrate membrane,the permeate flux decrease when the content of PSf increase,the permeate flux increase when the content of composite additives increase,and the permeate flux decrease when the content of solvent in bore liquid increase.
