Appropriate Method Research in Software Engineering

In this paper, system theory standpoint is introduced in the software engineering, appealing to establish the software engineering theories, method ,technologies and the related standard set etc . Tailoring methmod is put forward,that is: cut out the flexible development methmod which suits the project according to the scale of the project, complexicity degree, time urgent degree, users' requirement and other characteristicses.The appropriate methmod is intruduced by fusing the light methmod and heavy method in present software field.
