A Survey on the Adolescent Network Gang Crime Present under the Situation and Its Countermeasures

Currently,the network association and linkage to form network crime is becoming a new way of causing juvenile crime.Among them,the network gang has its obvious characteristics: hierarchy,management integrity,and criminal madness.The network association is becoming a new form of gang youth network crimes,which induce the teenagers' crime.Not only because of its convenience to crime and difficult for crime prevention,but also its damage to the healthy growth of youngsters.Therefore,measures should be taken to strengthen the school and family education,and improve criminal legislation and strengthen the judicial intervention.
