Fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation in differential diagnosis of vertiginous disease

Objective:To study the methods of differential diagnosis in vertiginous disease. Methods:452 cases of vertiginous disease were diagnosed as Meniere′s disease, labyrinthitis, bengin paroxysmal positional vertigo, cochlear drug poisoning, vetibular neuronitis, cervical pondylopathy, cerebral arteriosclerosis and established matrix fuzzy referece between generalized symptom and disease. Matrix element r ij meant fuzzy referred degree between generalized symptom n i and disease W j. The line vector of weight factor was set up. Matrix operation and synthesis were performed at last. Depending on the biggest under commanding of principle, the authors can make on evaluation for antidiastole. Result: It was true that fuzzy evaluation of clinical cases were the same as diagnosis of disease in actual. Conclusion:The objective and quantitative study methods are supplied for antidiastole of vertiginous disease.
