Adaptive routing algorithm of NoC base on awareness of fault-on-neighbor

In this paper,we introduct the topology and routing algorithm of network of chip,suggest an adaptive routing algorithm for mesh based Network on chip,which can route by the real time state of neighbors.Simulation result of this algorithm proves that the throughput is higher and the end-to-end delay on average is lower than the XY routing algorithm under uniform traffic.
