The CF card of Flash external memory was adopte d considering the characteristics of storing of the embedded system files as well as the functional demands of portable signal collecting analyzer.A data manageme nt system was designed and developed which is fit for the collecting analyzer an d proves to be effective and feasible through the testifying of experiments.It b rings about bright future for the further development of portable signal collect ing analyzer.
