Except know before the event,Link Providers will not undertake the liability of associated corporate Direct Infringment with Internet Content Provider(ICP),they will undertake the corresponding indirect infringement of setting link behaviors only.But when they know the torus,they must prevent the act of infringement in time.The notice of infringement and Red Flag Test in the article will put forward higher requirement for the Link Providers.
