Directory-based Load Balancing Technique in Dynamic DHT

This article first introduces a new algorithm for virtual servers,which clusters in the virtual servers topology,reduces the connectivity degree and makes the best of the heterogeneity of the peers.Then,the authors unify this method with the directory-based load balancing algorithm to reduce the distributed load balancing problem to a centralized problem at each directory.The results obtained from the simulation tests show that this technique has reliable load balancing in dynamic Chord.
