Developing data gateway of customer service center with socket API

The paper first introduces three types of integrating calling and data in customer service center, followed by a description of program flow diagram of developing data gateway of customer service center. Finally it gives data gateway programs of customer service center -client proxy program and server proxy program, based on socket API and C language.
