Objective To summarize the pre-hospital first care and treatment measures of 189 cases of acute myocardial infarction. Methods The patients of acute myocardial infarction accepted in our city were divided into observation group (189 cases) and control group (201 cases). The observation group was given field first aid, while the control group was sentted by family members or colleagues to outpatient or emergency. The impact of different treatment times on the acute myocardial infarction mortality were compared. Results For 189 cases of observation group, the average treatment time was 10.6 min, 6 cases died after the treatment, the mortality rate was 8.5%; for 201 cases of control group, the average time was 45.2 min, 49 cases died after the treatment, the mortality rate was 24.4%. There were obviously significant differences between two groups (P 0.05). From the prognosis of the situation in observation group and control group admitted to hospital treatment after pre-hospital first aid handling, the improved number, cure number in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group; the number of deaths were significantly lower than those in control group. Conclusion Take timely and effective pre-hospital first care can shorten the treatment time of patients with acute myocardial infarction, reduce the mortality of acute myocardial infarction, and improve the outcomes of patient.
