RESEARCH AND IMPLEMENTATION OF CHINESE-BRAILLE MACHINE TRANSLATION SYSTEM

After researching the translation principles, this paper puts forward a formal model of Braille and a method for translating Chinese to Bralle. In the method the conversed full-segmenting algorithm valued by word frequency and class is used to segment Chinese sentence, linguistic rules and statistical approaches are used to tag word category and converge some words. Then a practical Chinese-Braille machine translation system has been developed based on it.
