On the Abusive Behaviors of Mobile Operators

Based on the following reasons such as strict governmental controlling on mobile net,externality of mobile net,dissymmetry of information and weakness of supervision,mobile operators can abuse market dominant position and then crab the high profit,which will interrupt the further development of mobile value-added service in our country.The following methods may redound to block the operators' abusive behaviors,including exploring and disposing the relationship between mobile operators and service providers,setting the value-added service run by operator self apart from the basic telecom service,exerting guild's function sufficiently,instituting the detailed rules of antitrust law,enacting the telecommunication law.
