Using VB to carry out SMTP server authentication

In order to avoid the disturbance from garbage E-mails, when using SMTP client end to send E-mails at present, most SMTP server do not receive and transfer E-mails until the user's ID has been checked. SMTP Server's authentication will be carried out by using VB according to the standard of SMTP authentication service extension.
