Research on the Mathematics Model of College Students' Choosing Careers Based on Analytic Hierarchy Process

In order to help the college students employment guidance of science,we use Analytic Hierarchy Process Career the college students issues mathematical modeling,and decision-making related to the elements will decompose into goals,guidelines,programs and other levels,the establishment of a hierarchy of models. By constructing judgment matrix,consistency checking calculations and sorting,and on this basis,the problem of the college students choosing is taken a qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results show that the right weight of the large-scale state-owned enterprises is higher than the big institutions and private enterprises of good reputation. When the college students are chosen employment,they value most is the unit's reputation,followed by opportunities for advancement and professional counterparts.
