Ultrasonic technology on the isolation of hemoglobin in porcine blood

This study employs the ultrasonic technology to optimize the effective parameters for preparing hemoglobin in porcine.The optimum conditions were determined by single factors test and orthogonal tests methods.The results showed that the most effective ratio of porcine blood and water was 1∶7and ultrasonic power was 300W,times of ultrasonic time was 60,ratio of interval was 2∶5.The content of hemoglobin extracted from porcine blood was 54.34mg/mL by the optimum conditions.
