An Efficient Authenticated Encryption Scheme with Public Verifiability

This paper proposes an efficient authenticated encryption scheme based on the discrete logarithm.As the proposed scheme separates the authentication and recovery,anyone can identify its source,but only the receiver can recover the plaintext.What’s more,the proposed scheme is also very efficient with regarding to computation costs and communication overheads.
