The electrical control system of 4 m×6 m rectangular shield with balance earth pressure was introduced. Through improving control method,advanced control technology was used to make shield push forward normally.The control system used Mitsubishi's Q series PLC,which could realize automatic monitoring,complete the normal operation of cutter,screw machine,push,assembly machines and collect information quickly and efficiently,and make the right handling of emergencies.The good effect has been verified in applications.
