Best Define the Scope and Direction of Investigation against Successive Crimes

The key point to the investigation of successive crimes which occur as the suspects flee hither and thither is to define the scope and direction of investigation.Measures might be taken in dealing with such crimes as to ascertain the investigation scope by defining the afflicted and potential area and then narrowing the range to locate the suspects,and to skillfully link the investigation scope with investigation directions.
