PMPS:A Performance Model for Parallel Systems

Traditional performance evaluation methods cannot meet the need of evaluating the performance of parallel systems, whose scales are increasing continually. Recent years, a new performance evaluation method called performance model has been widely studied.Based on the existing models,this paper presents an open performance model (PMPS), and explores the key techniques of realizing this model.
