Reformation of Elimination of ε-consequence

To predigest the grammar is the way to improve the efficiency of translating system.The predigestion of grammar includes the elimination of the symbol and consequence,that is,inutility,the elimination of e-consequence,the elimination of single consequence,etc.The present elimination of e-consequence is very complex.The language defined by grammatical rule will not change and do not include e-consequence if we add some new consequence coming from the old grammatical rule into it and eliminating all e-consequence.By the property of grammar declared above,we analyze the employed arithmetic and put forward a reformative arithmetic.
