With the development of information technologies, in order to protect the profit of software develop ers, all kinds of encrypt technologies appeared to provide the software developers. So studied one kind encrypt w ay which used net card to register software in developing VB program. Its theory is reaching encrypt of software by testing inner signals of net card.
