Introduced the mechanical construction,the measuring principle and the ECU's hardware and software design of the instrument based on PLC for measuring inner perimeter of the steel wire ring.Used PLC to automatically control the instrument for measuring inner perimeter,and used one-class inertial filter arithmetic to reduce the noise,which can availably increase the anti-jamming ability and the accuracy of the apparatus.The accuracy of the apparatus can attain ±01 mm,and its function is stable and dependable.
