Cooperative spectrum sharing scheme for MIMO cognitive radio system

Zhao Qing-pin · Jisuanji yingyong yanjiu · 2014

Considering a multiple-input-multiple-output(MIMO) cognitive radio(CR) system consisting of a primary transmitter-receiver pair, and a secondary base station-receiver pair,to improve the system capacity of the primary user(PU) and secondary user(SU),this paper proposed a cooperative spectrum sharing scheme based on linear precoding design,in which the PU leases half of its transmission slot to the SU in exchange for the SU cooperatively relaying the PU's data and the corresponding precoding matrices are jointly optimized.Simulation results show that compared to conventional opportunistic spectrum sharing scheme,it proposed the cooperative spectrum sharing scheme can effectively enhance the system performance of both PU and SU.
