Study on the reliability and validity of the Basic Knowledge test for Public Servants

In order to have an overall and exact understranding of the dependability and effectiveness of the current public basic knowledge examination,a systematic study of the reliability and validity of this examination was conducted with the scientific and standard demonstration method based on the modern psychological measurement theory.Some useful conclutions were drawn.Relatively complete information was provided for deepening the reform of the national examination for employing public servants.
