The Design of Contribution Management System in the Editorial of Journal Manuscripts Based on ASP.NET Technology

Due to lack of editors in the editorial department of university journals, a contribution management system for journal manusripts was designed to improve the work e ciency of journal editors. The paper analyzes the main module functions of manuscript management process and system of editorial departments and puts forward some e ective ways to improve the system performance.
