Introducing ISO20000 International Standards to Promote Standardization Construction of Information Operation and Maintenance

With the integration of information systems in power grid enterprises,it becomes especially important to guarantee secure,continuous,reliable and stable operation of information systems.Through deeply analyzing the current situation,requirements and development direction of information operation and maintenance in power grid enterprises,this paper illustrates the promotion effects of IS020000 international standards to the standardization construction of information operation and maintenance in power grid enterprises.Introducing IS020000 international standards not only benefits the adjustment and optimization of organization structure of information operation and maintenance,but also promotes the standardization construction of service and management process of information operation and maintenance.The overall support capability of information systems in power grid enterprises is enhanced.
