Legal Reflections on Baidu's Search Engine Infringement

Based on the analysis of Baidu's Library infringement,this paper indentifies what is substantial non-infringing uses,common infringement and haven principles about Baidu search engine ISP.In our network infringement,this paper recommends some proposals such as strengthening and improving indirect infringement rules,define the nature of the main network services,appropriately increase the ISP responsibility and draft a Network Infringement Act.Through this study,we try to seek the value of search engine behavior under regulation by legislation.
