Implementation of Intelligent Fault Diagnosis with VC

Faults of Large Scale Integrated circuit or nonlinear circuit are difficult to be located and speed of the fault diagnosis is slow.And the traditional expert system for circuit fault diagnosis has defects.Integrating the advantages of application of artificial neural network to the diagnosis with generality of VC program,a fault diagnosis system based on neural network is constructed.Design idea,implementation and example of the system are discussed.
