Study of Modified Dual Mode Blind Equalization Algorithm

The CMA blind equalization algorithm has slow convergence and large steady-state MSE.The convergence of CMA-DD dual mode algorithm is poor when eye diagram is unopened.A modiied dual mode blind equalization algorithm based on soft decision-directed is proposed.The optimal tap coeicients of equalizer are obtained through maximizing the posterior probability density function.The simulate results illustrate that the performance of the proposed algorithm which can correct the phase rotation of the carrier frequency is good.
