There are few professional editors and heavy working tasks in college newspaper,In the present sit- uation,university graduates face heavy career pressure extra intense competition.It is not only the necessity of our work to establish a powerful student reporter team,leading young college students to participate in school newspaper and get engaged in writing,but also the necessity of cultivating capable people with comprehensive dis- position and enlarging employment.Therefore,it is particularly necessary important to faster student reporters actively and standardize the supervision.
