Research and Implementation of Network Accounting System Based on MS Proxy Server

This paper has designed and accomplished a network accounting system based on MSProxy Server, which can provide two styles of fare query about host and network in day and month according to six kinds of primary accounting policies. It has accomplished accounting based on users, resolved the problem of one computer, many in internet, and avoided the problem of the IPaddress′ stolen.
