Chebyshev inequality and its applications

The definition and proof of Chebyshev inequality are introduced first and then Chebyshev law of large numbers is proven by using the Chebyshev inequality.The applications of Chebyshev inequality in the probability theory,special inequalities proof and estimation are discussed.
