Evaluation of Uncertainty for Measurement Result of Standard Apparatus for Current Transformer

Regarding《JJF1059-1999》as the norm,the uncertainty for measurement result of the standard apparatus for current transformer is evaluated.In order to rationally indicate the dispersivity of measurement value specifically,the measurement results of ratio error and phase displacement of current transformer are evaluated with scientific approach,based on which the ability of calibration and measurement of the standard apparatus is determined and the veracity basis is provided with establishing the highest current standard for Shaanxi power system.
