【Abstract】 Integrating the technology of PKI, DRM and topology detection of physics layer network based on application layer, this paper presents the secure and governable streammedia transmission model based on intelligent node flexibility overlap network. It solves the problems of system trust and copyright authentication of media resource, and improves the system overlay topology structure. This model makes overlay topology accord the lower physics network topology structure, reduces the flux of lower transport network and improves the system transmit efficiency. It puts forward a secure, governable, administrable, manageable implementation scheme for Internet users, Internet service providers and content providers. 【Key words】P2P; streammedia transmission; application layer; topology detection; overlay
