Application of the Multi-level Generalized Fuzzy Comprehensive Estimation in Talent Evaluation of Colleges and Universities

The algorithm of multi-level generalized fuzzy comprehensive estimation is studied to satisfy various users in college by using the system structure combining C/S with B/S and other advanced computer technology. The algorithm and its solution of the system of talent evaluation are proposed based on fuzzy comprehensive estimation.The applied result demonstrates the validity and veracity of the algorithm,the scientificalness and rationalization of the solution.
