Extension of Web Ontology Language OWL In Knowledge Representation

Currently, Knowledge Representation Based on OWL has become hotspot of research and application in Semantic Web.Based on Computer Common-Software Domain, The paper introduce OWL’s extensional language OWLPLUS.It includes user-defined string, numeric-relation restriction and representation of IF-THEN Rule.
