Fractal coding combine with compress sensing

To overcome the shortcoming of long coding time and the poor quality of reconstructed image of the fractal compress coding algorithm,fractal coding combined with compress sensing algorithm is proposed.By analyzing the characteristics of the energy concentration after wavelet transformation,fractal compression algorithm is used to coding the low-frequency sub-image,for differential image and other sub-image,compress sensing coding algorithm is used to sample and code the difference image and other sub-figure,to ease distortion and recover the detail of the image after fractal coding.The experimental results show that the proposed algorithm not only improved code speed,but also obtains high quality reconstructed image.
