Equipment Condition Maintenance Strategies Based on Filedbus technology and SIS

Condition Maintenance is a kind of advanced equipment maintenance mode and it is the developing direction of equipment maintenance. But for some reasons, it was not widely used in China. This article introduced the present situation and problems of equipment condition maintenance. In view of existing situation, we proposed the idea to realize equipment condition maintenance based on Filedbus technology and SIS (Supervisory Information System). The application of Filedbus technology in power plant increased the information level of the power plant, Together with the function of SIS (Supervisory Information System), this idea make it possible to decrease the operating cost, equipment maintenance cost, and shorten the maintenance cycle.
